HoursDesk does the work for people who came to us three different ways. Each one is a little different.
You have a PredictiveRoadmap revenue review.
Your revenue review already names the problems and costs them against your own figures. Those findings become the scope. We stop the leak first (the calls that went to voicemail, the quotes nobody chased, the invoices nobody sent), then work on being found. Restaurants, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, garage door and restoration.
You are learning your own AI with HorizonPilot.
HorizonPilot teaches you to drive it, and never runs it for you. If you still own a business and would rather someone else ran its listing, website, reviews and follow-up, that is us, under a separate agreement. If nobody has looked at the business yet, we will suggest a revenue review first, so the work is aimed at real numbers.

Amanuara prepares your papers, privately, and never sends anything in your name. Anything public and ongoing (a page for the foundation, a site for the new venture, a listing that has to stay right) lives here, under an agreement that says in writing what we may publish.

Why that order. Paying to be found by people who then hit voicemail, or a page that is out of date, is filling a bucket with a hole in it. You spend more and keep the same amount.
So we get it right first, then keep it right. It is quicker, it is cheaper, and everything that comes in after that gets answered.
Who this is for, and who it is not
It fits if you have something public to keep up:

If you have nothing public to keep up (no business, no venture, no organization, no role people look you up for), you do not need us, and we will tell you so on the first call.
What we never do
- Sell anyone’s name or contact details.
- Promise a result. We make the case with your own numbers, and you decide.
- Log into anything, or publish anything in your name, without your written agreement.
- Teach (that is HorizonPilot), prepare your private papers (that is Amanuara), or revenue review (that is PredictiveRoadmap).
How it goes
- You call us. Tell us which door you came in by. If you have a revenue review, bring it.
- We tell you what we would do first, and what it costs. Scope, price and timing are put in writing before any work starts.
- If you want it done, we do it. If you would rather not, that is the end of it.

HoursDesk is a service of MindProfit LLC, the company behind PredictiveRoadmap, HorizonPilot.AI and Amanuara. If you came here from one of them, know this: we are paid separately for HoursDesk work.
What you already bought costs the same whether you hire us or not, nothing in it changes if you say no, and you are free to take any of it to another firm, or do the work yourself.
